Our job here at TLC Property Management is to provide housing to low to moderate income families. 

Our goal is to see these families move on, up and out on their own, having gotten back on their feet, working a steady job and providing for their families.

Sometimes life surprises us and we find ourselves in a scary situation.  Sometimes this happens through the loss of a job, divorce, or loss of a loved one.  These changes can cause us to need more affordable housing.  That’s where our organization comes in. 

We provide housing at a very affordable rate.  We partner with other organizations to help you get back on your feet and to be able to provide fully for your family.

Once this happens we encourage our residents to move up and out of our housing.  This jump can be scary too but the accomplishment is well worth the effort.  There is nothing better than seeing a resident who was basically destitute when they came to us and watch them get a good job, work hard at that job, move up in their job, and move out of our affordable housing into, sometimes, their own house.  We here at TLC live for and celebrate those moments.
